I have been doing business with Equinox for over 10 years. In total, they have handled 6 deals for me and immediate family members. They have hit it out of the park each and every time. When selling houses, the Equinox staff and Ron and Bess specifically have been honest and forthright with me regarding reasonable selling prices and the work that needed to be done to ready the house for market. When purchasing a house, they have been excellent representatives of my best interest. In fact, when I purchased my current house there were multiple offers made on the property. While I was not the high bidder, Ron Blacquiere fought so hard for me that my lower bid was actually accepted.

In another deal, I was dealing with an unreasonable buyer and a buying agent who gave the buyer my personal cell phone number. When things got started to get off kilter, Ron stepped in and addressed unacceptable behaviors from the buying agent and buffered me from the surreal turn that deal took. I will not go into further detail, but the Blacquiere’s took steps at risk of personal loss to themselves to assure my privacy and legal protection from an unreasonable buyer, all while keeping the deal alive.

I would never use, nor recommend another realtor.

Emily was a wonderful person to work with. I listed my home and then moved out of state. Emily called me every few days to keep me informed. She is competent, thoughtful, enthusiastic and thorough.
