Purchasing or selling a family home can be one of the most stressful, and exciting, things a person does in their lifetime. That is why it’s so important to make sure you have someone in your corner who knows the process and can help guide you as a buyer or seller through that process and all the wheels and gears involved.
Michael has been living in Springfield since 1980. He went to Thurston Elementary, Middle, and High school, graduated from the University of Oregon with a Bachelor’s Degree in English and History, and received a Master of Arts in Education from Pacific University.
An avid swimmer, Michael worked for Willamalane Aquatics, the U of O aquatics, and the City of Eugene (aquatics) was a lifeguard, taught swim lessons, and helped train lifeguards and other swim instructors. He also loves to train in Aikido, a non-aggressive, non-violent martial art that seeks peace and harmony.
He is married to an Engineer, has 2 kids, 3 dogs, 2 cats, and 2 reptiles, a literal menagerie. He and his wife love helping and rescuing people and animals and donate to various rescues.
His love of education and teaching always comes through as he will always answer any questions about the process and transactions you might have. One of his greatest goals is to see the look on someone’s face when they “get it.”
