2021 will mark my 25th year in real estate. My partner Maida Belove has been at it longer than that. I can't say that we've seen it all but we have seen a good portion of it. We also stay up to date with real estate practices and trends through biweekly office meetings, conferences, and realtor education (we're required to take 30 hours of education in order to renew our licenses every two years. Although I was born in Eugene I have spent a considerable amount of time outside of our community. Notably, two years teaching in Botswana and five years teaching in Japan. I met my wife in Japan and we have two sons. Liv attends Roosevelt Middle School and is quite busy with Bhagra dancing as well as distance running. Liam attends Ridgeline Montessori and is quite busy being Liam. My interests include chess (we have a thriving chess community here), martial arts, and hiking (usually with my boys).
